AKC Virtual Home Manners
Virtual Home Manners is like an at-home CGC. There are two levels, Puppy (for dogs under 1 yr old) and Adult (for dogs of any age).

Click the button below to see requirements for each level of Virtual Home Manners. Read the form thoroughly to avoid skipping requirements.
Virtual Home Manners (VHMP and VHMA)
2. Record and upload your video
Film a video of your dog performing each trick ONCE. Videos do not have to be filmed in a single take and can have multiple “cuts.” Labeling behaviors on the video is helpful to me, but not required.
Once you’ve finished your video, upload it to Youtube or Vimeo to get a shareable link. Make sure your video is set to either “Public” or “Unlisted” so I am able to watch it.
3. Submit your video for evaluation
Please add each dog and/or title level separately to your cart.
4. Submit completed form to the AKC
After I evaluate your video, I will email your completed evaluation form to you. This can be submitted to the AKC for official recognition in one of two ways:
Online (super easy!) using the AKC’s Title Application Portal
By mail, using the Title Application Form
The evaluation fee covers my time for evaluating each title.
The AKC’s fee covers recording time as well as the certificate they will mail directly to you.
